city tax added for any stay less than 30 days. Deposit is
$500 per week to reserve your date and is refundable less
$100 cleaning fee. Should you cancel 90 days prior to occupancy
there is a $200 booking fee. After 90 days, deposit refunded
only if condo is re-rented minus the booking fee. Full payment
must be received 90 days prior to occupancy.
